Billing and Payment Changes

We will be incorporating some billing and payment changes beginning March 1st that will affect your account. Please be advised:

• Statements will be created and sent on the 15th of the month
• Payments will now be due on the 1st of each month
• Finance charges for past due accounts will change from 1.5% of balance owed to a flat $25 late fee
