We’re excited to announce our upcoming software change to DOCKWA!
Dockwa is marina management software that we will be implementing in 2026.
The new software will offer convenient payment methods, allow for online launch reservations and streamline the invoicing process along with many other features. Customers will have individual logins for account access. Additional information to follow.
New Year, New Pricing
for New Customers
Our 2026 pricing will be posted on the website and will be effective as of January 1st. The new rates will only apply to new customers. Existing customers will continue to pay current moorage rates until further notice.
To help offset rising expenses associated with environmental monitoring and compliance obligations, the Environmental Fee will be increasing to $12.75 effective January 1st for all customers.
Other News and Friendly Reminders:
Lane and Down River Dredging
Dredging of the Lane and Down River Dock continues and we are pleased with the progress to date. We appreciate your flexibility as we work through the process. No late launches however we will accommodate as conditions permit.
Slip Power Cords
A reminder that moorage spaces are limited to one cord with a maximum of 10 amps of power usage. Under no circumstance should anyone move another customers power cord.
Violations are subject to $100 fine
