New Rates
The 2026 pricing is now in effect for new customers. Active customers prior to 2026 will continue to pay the 2025 rates with the exception of the increased Environmental Fee, of $12.75, until further notice.

Lane and Down River Dredging
The dredging work is all but 100% complete. With minor work subject to take place over the next month or so, we do not anticipate any interruptions to launch availability. We greatly appreciate your patience throughout the process and hope that the increased access provided by this work finds you out on the water.
Slip Power Cords
TA reminder that moorage spaces are limited to one cord with a maximum of 10 amps of power usage. Under no circumstance should anyone move another customers power cord.
Violations are subject to $100 fine
