As previously mentioned, we will be making some adjustments to our pricing assignments. This comes in response to feedback received and to better align with industry standards. As of June 1st, the minimum charge for uncovered storage will be $260/month. This pricing pertains to vessels less than 24′ LOA (length over all). 

All rates are based on LOA. In order to standardize pricing, many existing customers may see an adjustment to their assigned contract group. Customers will be contacted individually should their pricing be affected. If you have questions regarding your contract group, please contact the office. 

Utility Fee of $8.75/month will be applied to all stalls without metered electricity, with the exception of the 2nd and 3rd levels in the covered buildings.
