The marina is buzzing with activity, and we’re loving every minute of it! 

With boats coming and going, sunny days on the water, and plenty of summer boating still ahead, we’d like to share a few important reminders to help keep things safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone at Dagmars.

A little preparation goes a long way—so here are a few tips and reminders for making the most of your time at the marina.

🚗 Slow Down & Stay Safe

Marina Speed Limit – 15 MPH

We know you’re excited to get to your boat and out on the water—and we’re excited to get you there! But with the marina busy this time of year, safety always comes first.

Please observe the 15 mph speed limit throughout the marina and keep an eye out for:

🐾 Pets

🚶 Pedestrians

🚜 Forklifts and marina equipment

Our team will get your boat launched and ready to go as quickly as safely possible. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe!

Scheduling Your Launch with Dockwa

The easiest way to schedule your launch is right through the Dockwa app.

Simply:

  1. Go to “Trips” and enter your information.
  2. Choose your desired date and time.
  3. Add any notes or special instructions, if needed.
  4. Click “Request Launch” to submit your request.
  5. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

☀ Summer tip: Planning ahead and submitting your launch request early helps our team keep everything moving smoothly during busy summer days.

⚓ Coming Back to the Marina?

Let Us Know You’re Ready for Return

After a great day—or weekend—on the water, don’t forget to let us know when you’re ready for your boat to be returned to its stall.

When you’re ready:

  1. Open your reservation in Dockwa.
  2. Click “Ready for Return.”
  3. This will notify our team that your boat is ready to be retrieved.

Then sit back, relax, and let us take it from there!

⛽ Need Fuel?

A Few Important Fueling Reminders

To help us accommodate everyone’s fueling needs, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Submit a fuel request through Dockwa or call the office.
  • 24-hour advance notice is required.
  • Fueling takes place Monday–Friday, pending availability.
  • 10-gallon minimum for fuel orders.
  • 100-gallon minimum for diesel orders.
  • Payment is due upon receipt.
  • If you have multiple forms of payment saved in Dockwa, please specify which account you would like us to use for your fuel payment.

Planning ahead is especially helpful during the busy summer season!

Boating Season is upon us

With summer right around the corner, we’d like to share some tips and encourage utilize of Dockwa to ensure efficiency whether your heading out or heading home.

From Dockwa you can:

  • Reserve a launch time
  • Schedule delivery to a work bunk
  • Arrange for a late launch and confirm when the boat has been launched

Follow these steps to easily request a launch right from your Dockwa account on your mobile device or desktop:

  1. Open the Dockwa App: Log in to your Dockwa account.
  2. Navigate to the Trips tab: Tap the Trips icon at the bottom of the screen (or the left menu on desktop).
  3. Go to Launches: Select the Launches tab to view your past and upcoming launches.
  4. Schedule a Launch: Click Schedule New Launch to begin your request.
  5. Select Details: Choose your relevant Reservation, the Date, and the Time you want your boat in the water.
  6. Add Notes: Include any relevant information (like your estimated return time) and click Submit.

Reminder on Launch Criteria:

✅ Account balance must be current

✅ Valid insurance

✅ Registration must be on file

✅ Prior to launching, customers are required to have plugs installed, electrical cords unplugged, bumpers and lines stowed and ready for transport, outdrives/trim raised.

Covered Storage – One of the best values in the marina industry

Currently available at Dagmars Marina with these exclusive benefits:

  • No utility fees
  • Monthly rate includes trailer storage
  • 24/7 boat access – reserve in advance and we’ll move your boat to a temporary bunk for service or maintenance work
  • Priority launch access – reserve ahead and we’ll stage your boat in the launch-area bunks, ready for a faster and more convenient departure when you arrive

Covered moorage spaces are limited. Once the value of this offering is discovered, spaces will fill fast. Reserve your space today, before they’re gone!

Covered Storage – One of the best values in the marina industry

The river docks are intended to serve as a launchpad for your boating adventures. They help give Dagmars flexibility to get more people out on the water. In general, the river docks are a temporary landing space. 

Per the Marina rules, customers are permitted 2 nights on the dock per week, however only one of which may be a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Additional nights on the dock will be subject to an $80/night fee. Any overnight mooring in this area will need to be approved by the office. Use of this area is permitted as long as there is not an A-board posted stating the date and time it is reserved.


If there is no space on the docks after hours, please tie up in lanes and we will retrieve your boat in the morning. If you are going out again the next day, send a message via Dockwa and we will help you make arrangements to remain in the water.

Boating Season is upon us

What a great way to start the season! Its a beautiful day in Everett, the tides are in our favor and we couldn’t ask for better conditions to be out on the water. 

Upcoming dates to keep in mind:

  • Ling Cod opens today
  • Tulalip Bubble opens May 23rd
  • Spot Prawn set for June 8th & June 22nd in are 8-2
    (Closed in areas 9 & 10 this year)

Price changes effective June 1st

As previously mentioned, we will be making some adjustments to our pricing assignments. This comes in response to feedback received and to better align with industry standards. As of June 1st, the minimum charge for uncovered storage will be $260/month. This pricing pertains to vessels less than 24′ LOA (length over all). 

All rates are based on LOA. In order to standardize pricing, many existing customers may see an adjustment to their assigned contract group. Customers will be contacted individually should their pricing be affected. If you have questions regarding your contract group, please contact the office. 

Utility Fee of $8.75/month will be applied to all stalls without metered electricity, with the exception of the 2nd and 3rd levels in the covered buildings.

April At Dagmars:
Winter Wrap-up, Spring Cleaning, Wiggins Lift

It was a busy off season

The team worked hard this off-season on various projects throughout the marina. 

  • 3rd level bunks in both the Y and Z buildings were completed, making room for an additional 68 vessels undercover
  • Picnic area refresh
  • Up & down river dock repair and clean up
  • Various electrical repairs & updates to allow for additional capacity
  • Ongoing launch lane float replacement and dock repairs
  • Lots and lots of clean up

We hope the pride, effort and passion that the Dagmars team brings to work on a daily basis is evident. The collective goal is to have a clean, organized environment that provides a great experience for our customers. With this in mind, we ask everyone to do their part with these efforts. You can help by keeping your space organized and tidy. Our crew will be on the lookout and will be reminding folks of our policies as needed. If you see something suspicious or out of sorts, please report it to one of our crew.

Price structure change

With respect to our ongoing effort to improve the experience for all boaters, we are changing our pricing structure for the stalls south of Ross. The goal here is to prioritize stalls for larger boats closer to the launch lanes so we can respond quicker and launch more efficiently. With the upgrades to the stackers and the introduction of the Wiggins lift, we have convenient covered and cost effective options for smaller vessels.

We are looking to have the Wiggins lift in service by April 15th. The main advantage of this machine is speed & maneuverability for our crew, translating to quicker launches and ease of access to the stacker units. The efficiency of the Wiggins lift, coupled with the integration of the Dockwa platform, promise to bring a noticeable improvement in the overall launching process. 

Over the next few months and in conjunction with the implementation of Dockwa, we will be requesting missing information for your customer profile. This includes current registration and insurance information, if it is not already on file. Please feel free to update your profile accordingly. It is critical that we have complete and accurate information to ensure compliance with our owners, lenders, and insurance carriers.

Dockwa has already proven to be a useful tool for bill paying and account maintenance. We’re excited to announce our upcoming software change to DOCKWA!

Dockwa is marina management software that we will be implementing in 2026.

The new software will offer convenient payment methods, allow for online launch reservations and streamline the invoicing process along with many other features. Customers will have individual logins for account access. Additional information to follow.

New Year, New Pricing
for New Customers

Our 2026 pricing will be posted on the website and will be effective as of January 1st. The new rates will only apply to new customers. Existing customers will continue to pay current moorage rates until further notice.

To help offset rising expenses associated with environmental monitoring and compliance obligations, the Environmental Fee will be increasing to $12.75 effective January 1st for all customers.

Dagmars Marina will hold an auction on Thursday November 6th.

Auction starts promptly at 10AM. The preview will begin at 8AM, no early preview.

Winter hours

As the days get shorter, our marina hours will adjust as well. Starting November 15th, the winter office hours will be 8 a.m. – 4p.m. Stop by to say “Hi”
