Insurance Requirements

To be compliant with Marina regulations your boat insurance must have a minimum of $300,000 in general, legal, and pollution liability. Polices must also include Dagmars Marina as additionally insured by endorsement.

Title/Proof of Ownership

We require a copy of current registration or title to be on file for any boat or vehicle stored at Dagmars.

Boat Launch Requests

To request a launch, boaters must be onsite and visit the Marina Office to request their boat be launched.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer understands that the vessel is in a harbor/wetland environment and is subject to wildlife and weather-related issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care and action to protect the vessel from these issues.

Plugs should be removed from vessels unattended for more than two weeks. If the plug remains in, we recommend that you check the boat periodically.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the Marina of any potential weakness or abnormality that may affect the boat’s movement or storage.

Low tides can affect launching access. Please check with the Marina Office for launch availability due to tides.

Customers must always stay at least 20 feet clear of running forklifts, not walk through forklift only areas, and never walk in front, behind, stand on, or touch the forklifts.
